The Manuel Group was not born in a boardroom. It was born from lived experience — from watching ordinary South Africans lose access to money they had earned, struggle to grow businesses without the right tools, and go unseen by a digital world that was supposed to level the playing field.
Tamryn Lesley Manuel spent years inside the South African financial services industry. She saw the gap between what institutions held and what individuals received. She saw small businesses unable to afford the professional support that larger competitors took for granted. She saw a country full of entrepreneurs with no digital footprint, and beneficiaries with no advocate.
